Internal docs are for team-only material that should not be exposed publicly.

This area is intended for:

• Architecture explanations
• Delivery and maintenance workflows
• Team conventions for writing and reviewing docs
• Operational notes that help maintain the project

Boundary

Use internal when the content is useful for maintainers but not necessary for public readers. If a page contains internal topology, review notes, policy details, or future implementation plans, it belongs here.

Do not assume this folder is private by default. The repository structure is public unless deployment access control is added. The deployment plan is to protect /internal/ with Cloudflare Access first, and only add a Worker later if custom logic is needed.
